Water damage around a dishwasher, ice maker, or beverage appliance can involve nearby cabinetry, floors, and walls. TRC provides water extraction and structural drying; appliance service is a separate scope.

Tell us which appliance is involved and where water is visible: beneath a counter, beside cabinetry, along a wall, or on the floor. A reported appliance leak does not establish whether the fault is in the appliance, its water connection, or its drain.
Our restoration scope concerns the affected building materials. Appliance diagnosis and service should be discussed with your equipment provider. We do not determine whether a food-service area may operate or pass inspection.

Tell TRC where water is visible around the appliance and whether another provider has inspected the equipment. We assess and document structural damage.

TRC owns portable water extractors for water-removal work. Extraction and structural drying around the appliance depend on access and the affected materials.
Separate building repairs from appliance service
Building restoration may include a rebuild scope. Discuss appliance repair with your equipment provider; an equipment service visit does not establish the condition of adjacent building materials.

Mention visible water or damage at cabinet bases, flooring, and nearby walls from an accessible location.

Have the facility or equipment-service contact available to discuss the appliance separately from building restoration.

This service covers the resulting water damage to the building. Appliance diagnosis and repair should be discussed with your equipment-service provider. Licensed electricians and plumbers are brought in whenever the work requires it.

TRC's work does not provide food-service inspection approval or a reopening determination. The operator must address those decisions with the relevant authorities.
