Scope of these terms

These terms apply to totalrestorationcontracting.com, operated by Total Restoration Contracting, Ltd. (“TRC,” “we,” “us”). They address use of this website only. Any inspection, mitigation, restoration, repair, reconstruction, or other work is governed by the applicable written estimate, work authorization, service agreement, and law. If these website terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the project agreement controls except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Information and emergencies

Site content is general information about TRC and its services. It is not a project-specific estimate or engineering, insurance, legal, or safety advice. Scope, price, timing, insurance coverage, and payment responsibility depend on the property, project documents, and any applicable insurance policy.

If anyone is in danger, call 911. For a property emergency, call 610-489-1650 after the scene is safe. A website form is not an emergency-dispatch channel.

Website requests

A form submission asks TRC to contact you. It does not dispatch a crew, create a contract, authorize work, or guarantee a response or arrival time. Please provide accurate contact and project information and do not misuse the forms.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site’s operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent or unlawful requests, introduce malicious code, or use the site or its content in violation of applicable law.

Ownership and intellectual-property rights

The website and its original selection, coordination, arrangement, visual appearance, user interface, layouts, color combinations, graphics, illustrations, copy, photographs, video, audio, animations, icons, downloadable materials, and software are owned by TRC or used under license. They are protected, as applicable, by copyright, trademark, trade-dress, and other intellectual-property and unfair-competition laws. TRC and its licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted in these terms.

Total Restoration Contracting, TRC, associated logos and slogans, and the distinctive source-identifying elements of the site are trademarks or trade dress of TRC or their respective owners. No use of the site grants a license to use any name, logo, slogan, branding, or other source identifier in a way that suggests affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

Limited permission to use the site

TRC grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to access and view the site for your own lawful, personal, and noncommercial informational use. You may share an ordinary link to a public page, provided the link does not misrepresent its source or imply TRC’s endorsement. No other license is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

Prohibited copying and exploitation

Except with the applicable rights holder’s prior written permission or to the extent a use is expressly permitted by law, you may not:

• copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, translate, modify, adapt, distribute, sell, license, publicly display, publicly perform, or create derivative works from site content;
• clone, imitate, frame, mirror, or reuse the site’s layouts, visual design, user interface, look and feel, source-identifying elements, or overall presentation for another website, service, advertisement, template, or competing business;
• scrape, crawl, harvest, systematically download, or use automated means to extract site content, images, data, or code, including to create a dataset or train, tune, evaluate, or supply a machine-learning or generative-AI system;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive nonpublic source code from site software, except where applicable law does not permit that restriction; or
• remove, conceal, or alter a copyright, trademark, attribution, watermark, or other proprietary-rights notice.

Third-party names, marks, photographs, software, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Contact TRC before reusing any site material. Nothing in these terms restricts a right that applicable law does not allow us to restrict.

Rights enforcement

Unauthorized use may violate intellectual-property, unfair-competition, contract, privacy, or other laws. TRC may revoke site access, request removal, preservation, or attribution, notify a hosting platform or other service provider, and pursue other remedies available under applicable law. To request permission or report suspected misuse, contact TRC using the information below and identify the material and the location where it appears.

Third-party services

Links and embedded services, including Google Maps and external social or review platforms, are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy practices. A link or embed does not make TRC responsible for that third-party service.

Availability and applicable rights

We work to keep the website useful, accurate, and available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these website terms changes a written warranty in a signed project agreement, waives a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived, or limits an applicable consumer-protection right.

Changes and applicable law

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version and date. Applicable federal law and the law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania govern these website terms without limiting mandatory protections available under applicable law.
