Report visible displaced material, openings, or debris from ground level or another area the responsible party permits.
Note glazing and façade conditions.
Identify broken glass, loose exterior material, or water entry without approaching an unstable or restricted area.
Leave equipment evaluation to its provider.
Report visible housing or mounting damage, but do not restart, open, or diagnose rooftop or connected equipment.
Identify interior water.
Tell TRC which rooms or materials show water intrusion so that a separate water-damage scope can be discussed.
