TRC can document visible property damage within its restoration scope. A licensed electrician, utility, emergency authority, equipment provider, or IT provider evaluates the system under that party's responsibility and decides whether testing, isolation, restart, repair, or replacement is appropriate.

After the relevant area is released for restoration access, TRC records visible building damage included in its scope. TRC does not trace a lightning path or inspect panels, circuits, servers, controls, or connected equipment.
Separate related restoration scopes.
Reported soot, an exterior opening, or water intrusion may require a fire-and-smoke, temporary-protection, or water-damage scope. Each scope depends on observed conditions and access permitted by the responsible parties.
Coordinate the agreed building work.
TRC manages the restoration and rebuild work included in its agreement. The property representative should identify the licensed electrical, equipment, and IT providers and their documentation or access requirements.

Use the facility's emergency procedures and the direction of emergency services, the utility, and licensed electrical professionals.
Report fire, smoke, or active arcing.
Contact emergency services and keep people away from the affected area. Do not treat a restoration call as a substitute for emergency response.

Leave tripped breakers, panels, controls, and connected equipment as found until the responsible licensed professional or authority gives direction.
Record observations without diagnosing.
From a permitted location, note visible exterior damage, smoke residue, water entry, or affected rooms. Do not identify a strike path or failed component without the relevant specialist's findings.
Identify system contacts.
Have the property's electrician, utility, equipment-service, and IT contacts available so their separate responsibilities can be discussed.
Who evaluates the systems, and what does TRC restore?
No. A licensed electrician, the utility, or the appropriate authority provides electrical direction. TRC does not authorize energization or certify electrical safety.

Use the client's providers for document, electronics, server, and data-recovery. TRC's scope is the agreed building restoration.
