TRC manages the work assigned to it under one accountable team. Licensed electricians and plumbers are brought in whenever the work requires it.
Document TRC's completed scope.
Project professionals and applicable authorities perform the reviews assigned to them. Workmanship coverage: 1-year workmanship warranty on work performed by TRC.

Who documents, designs, builds, and approves?
No. When a project requires licensed design or review, the responsible licensed professional provides it. TRC manages only the construction work assigned in the approved scope.
The licensed professional and applicable authority perform the reviews assigned to them. TRC does not issue structural, code, inspection, or occupancy approval.
No. TRC does not determine whether a damaged or shored area may be occupied. Follow restrictions and decisions issued by the owner, licensed professional, emergency officials, and applicable authority.
Coverage depends on the policy, cause of loss, and carrier decision. We document losses and coordinate with insurance carriers; we do not predict the coverage result.
Workmanship coverage: 1-year workmanship warranty on work performed by TRC. It is not a design approval, system warranty, or warranty for work performed by another party.
